Explanation
Riced Out Yugo is actually a small type of fish. All posts relate to the breeding seasons of the fish and how easy they are to get out of the water. Please note this before bothering RTQP.

(PS: I am an alternate personality in RTQPs head)

Also... Quiet please! Thank you children. As we all know, the yugo can only be riced out to a maximum potential of 62 per cent of the overall maximum capability of the components within. This is due to a phenomenon known as the "schk-ug-lahhg factor" which prohibits the yugo from gaining anything near the market value of say, i dunno, a shrew. In conclusion, one must beware of the "riced out yugo" - A unit to describe a 62 per cent perfect union of the total components of a given device - and also the "Yugo with bags of rice in" - which may also contain a hippie. Pobble the pebble of sand has spoken - all who challenge may well be smited, smoten, stucken forth or otherwise declaired hippies.
